Talk about my family? Which one did you want me to talk about? I kind of have a couple different ones.

My parents were Jack and Janet. They ran Drake Industries and were gone a lot. When I was little I had nannies and a house staff to look out for me when they were gone and then I went to an all girl boarding school in Gotham. Which wasn't to bad since I got to . . . practice my photography skills.

Then there was one trip they didn't come back from. They were kidnapped in Haiti and held for ransom by some nut called the Obeah Man. Batman tried to save them, but got there too late and they were both poisoned and died.

There were times that I wondered . . . . well that doesn't really matter.

By that time I was already training for Robin. So Bruce took me in and adopted me. So officially I guess my name is Tia Drake-Wayne, though I just use the Drake part of the name. It's different living in the Manor. I actually have people who want to know where I'm going or how my day was. But it is a family, Bruce might not always be Mr. Sunshine, but I know he cares and I have Babs as a sister! I mean really words do not describe how that makes me feel. Then there is Alfred, everyone should have an Alfred in their lives. Really.

Then I have the Titans. Sometimes the family you pick is the best one right? I wouldn't trade any of them, even when Beast Boy east all of the food or Wonder Girl gets moody.

Who else is going to understand about mentors being a pain or not getting the math homework done because you had to stop a bank robbery? So we have each others' backs and then go save the world. I really don't think the JLA can say that.

...Drake Industries? I didn't know there was a kid in their family.

Tia... I'm just going to agree wholeheartedly; everyone needs an Alfred. The one thing Shortpants had over me, I think, was access to a guy like that.
